You can always receive your purchase for free of charge by collecting the goods at my studio. Please contact to arrange the free pick up!
Shipping cost for all purchased items is at minimum 5,90 € / order. The shipping cost may vary due to the size or the weight of the item(s). Send me and email to confirm the shipping costs!

Returns & exchanges
I don't accept cancellations or returns for custom artwork.
But please contact me if you have any problems with the purchased artwork.

If something went wrong, please contact me directly. I really want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy my artwork.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Any problems will be resolved on individual basis. But the general rules are described below.
If you are not as fond of your item as you thought you would be
Please, send the item back to me (in its original condition) within 2 weeks after its arrival, and I will refund your money (minus shipping costs)
If Item is lost
Item is considered lost if it doesn’t arrive after 30 business days (6 weeks) since it is confirmed to be shipped. Please contact me immediately if you suspect that your artwork has been lost.
If item is broken
In case your item arrives broken, please contact immediately. Please, note, in cases like these you would need to provide a picture to prove the damage.
